Workspaces
Each workspace is backed up on its own. One that is paused, updating or moving from Salesforce keeps its last verified backup, and alerts if it has none from the last 48 hours. A workspace held for a lost update gets a nightly data-only copy of its databases and files instead of a new recovery point.
